Natalie has been coaching since 2000 and speaking since 2007 and has touched the lives of over 50,000 people at global organizations and top universities. She was a founding member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) HK and was honored to be given the Peking University Guanghua School of Management Extraordinary Contribution Award in 2015.
Grew up in Canada, Natalie studied in Japan and Korea before graduating from the University of British Columbia. She speaks five languages - my native English, Cantonese and Mandarin-Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
Her path has taken her from a career as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs to life as an entrepreneur. She founded the skincare brand Evie Beauté, was a Partner and Business Development Managing Director of SélieGroup, and was the President of Asia CEO Community, Canadian Chapter. Natalie was also the first approved trainer in Asia of renowned psychologist and research scientist Dr. Paul Ekman's Emotional Intelligence, Micro Expressions, and Lie Detection training programs.
