Our speakers are incredible at what they do, and many tailor their programs to suit your event and audience. If you're interested in working with a speaker to build a unique program for your events, please let us know – we can schedule calls for you to communicate and understand your goals and event theme.
Most contract terms require a 50% deposit, with the remainder due 2 weeks before your event date. Travel expenses are handled separately and will be communicated to you in detail – our team will work with you to make sure you understand these expenses. Your contract amount includes the complete fee for all services rendered, and we’ll answer all your questions as they arise.
Most companies book their speakers 2-3 months in advance of their event. Of course, the closer a deadline is for an event, the more likely it is that speaker availability will be a factor, and the preliminary communicating and planning steps often start a few months before the event date.
Every speaker has different preferences. For keynote speeches, many are comfortable with 45 - 60 minutes. A single session typically lasts 2 to 3 hours for workshops or group training. It all depends on the objective and purpose of the training. Contact our team, and we will tell you how long each speaker or training session usually lasts.
We are here to help in the event of any problem. Our team will closely communicate and collaborate with you and other stakeholders from the beginning til the end of your event. So you may reach us outside of regular business hours for assistance, and we’ll do everything possible to get your event back on track.
